When accessing through https, multiple child processes will start randomly
consuming 100% of the CPU. Looking at the server-status they show as in
Keep-alive state and never die (I have left them there for over 4 hours). The
log files do not show any errors. This does not happen under http. The machine
is a dual processor PII400/256MB RAM running Linux 2.2.2 SMP/GNULibC2. The
compiles show no errors or warnings. I am not sure where to look.
