Clearly a minor point, but probably worth mentioning. The depend:
target in the standard Apache Makefile.tmpl's is not updated by
mod_ssl. For example, if you `touch` ap_hook.h, only the mod_ssl
module will re-compile, but not other things like alloc.c.
