Problem: netscape 4.05+ and 4.5 presents to the user choice of certificates which are accepted by the server, and certificates signed by CAs outside of the SSLCACertificateFile are not presented, even if they are accepted because the CA certificates are in the SSLCACertificatePath This can be _very_ confusing for someone knowing near to nothing about SSL - certifcates that worked with 4.04 suddenly disappear from the list.
