My experience with Netscape is that it caches the session and knows the site
it has been.  However, if the browser is shutdown and restarted, of course
it will ask you to pick a certificate.  If the browser has not been
shutdown, it should not ask for a certificate, unless you are asked for the
client certificate(if the server requires).  That will be a server side
issue.
