Hi,
I tried to compile both configuration with --enable-shared=ssl and
without
on Slackware 4.0 and mod_ssl-2.3.6-1.3.6 + apache_1.3.6 + openssl-0.9.3a
(NOIDEA) etc).
In both case I have the same behavior:
When I turn HostnameLookups on, all connections dies on HTTPS port.
Sometimes I can get 1 good connection.
When apache was compiled with -enable-shared=ssl, the connections on
standard HTTP port stil are working
HostnameLookups off
All work fine

IENT_HELLO:unknown protocol [Hint: speaking not SSL to HTTPS port!?]

Any sugestions?
