I configured, compiled and installed with no problems the packages
apache 1.3.6 plus mod_ssl 2.3.9 on Digital Alpha Unix 4.0d (OpenSSL
0.9.3a).
But when I try to start the daemon, only the parent starts and the error
log become filled with these messages:
[Mon Jul 26 14:22:20 1999] [error] mod_ssl: Child could not open
SSLMutex lockfile /services/httpsd/run/ssl_mutex.4580 (System error
follows)
[Mon Jul 26 14:22:20 1999] [error] System: No such file or directory
(errno: 2)
and no server child is launched.
Apache 1.3.6 + mod_ssl 2.3.6 and previous versions run all fine on my
machine (with same apache configuration).
