Stunnel is a generic SSL tunneling program while mod_ssl is an SSL solution
tied to Apache. mod_ssl does a lot more than stunnel - especially HTTP
related, of course. So you can't directly compare the two packages, at least
not when you want to establish full-featured HTTPS services.
