1.3.9 - 2.4.0 need at least openssl 0.9.4.
This requirement will be fixed in the next RPM release.
Also this RPM is build against Redhat 5.2 release.
I'll release tomorrow the RPM against RH 6.0
PS: /home/httpd/cgi-bin/loadcert.cgi is not installed by default
There is a loadcacert.cgi in /usr/doc/apache-mod_ssl-1.3.9.2.4.0/contrib
