Because you say it occurs only with some installations, I guess these
installations are export-browsers and the segfault is caused by the bug I've
already fixed in mod_ssl 2.4.8. So my suggestion is: Upgrade to mod_ssl 2.4.8
and try again. I'm 90% sure your segfault will go away...
