Errr.. the same way you use CGIs with HTTP, of course. Usually HTTPS is
provided by a virtual host, so make sure all your CGI related directives
(usually a ScriptAlias or a .cgi mapping, etc.) are present for the
HTTPS virtual host (either by repeating them or by making sure they are
configured _outside_ of all virtual host sections).
