RSARef can be used freely for noncommercial purposes only in the US, as
I understand it.  For commercial use, a license of RSA for one of the
commercial implementations of the RSA algorithm is required, at least
until their patent expires later this year (September sounds right).  So
for commercial use, you need to check out one of the commercial variants
of Apache+SSL.
