memory leaks in mod_ssl on WINNT

I have Apache Server 1.3.12 + mod_ssl-2.6.2-1.3.12 or mod_ssl-2.6.2-1.3.10 + openssl 
0.9.4.
When I restart apache with "apache -k restart"  the main process leak memory.


Restarting works  find in pure apache.
