Sure, but someone else has to provide a patch, please. I'm not a Win32
guy and don't have 1% of a clue why under Win32 the passphrase is looked
up twice. And I don't have a Win32 debugging environment available. I
cannot fix it myself. So, if you want it fixed, then fix it for the
Win32 folks and contribute a patch, please.
