Hi,

I suggest downloading the prebuilt Win32 binary from www.opensa.org.  Comes
with SSL/PHP prebuilt.

Tomcat works with Apache and SSL has no effect, other than that you can use
the SSL directives to restrict your JSPs/servlets to SSL sessions.
