It's not a question of incorporating a "license" into Apache, but rather a
question of using this license within 14 days to obtain and then install your
trial certificate.  The basic steps are:
1. Generate your Certificate Signing Request (CSR)
2. Submit your CSR, with requested information, to obtain the Verisign Trial
Certificate
3. Install the Versign Trial Certificate (and companion Test Root, if needed)
