FAQ "How can I get rid of the pass-phrase dialog at Apache ?"

Hello,

I found the answer for that question in the FAQ, and it says :

"If you point your server at this file it will not prompt you for a
pass-phrase"

But, what does it mean to "point your server at this file" ?
(we managed to create the "file")
