php_imap.c:399: `mbxdriver' undeclared (first use in this function)
php_imap.c:400: `tenexdriver' undeclared (first use in this function)
php_imap.c:401: `mtxdriver' undeclared (first use in this function)
php_imap.c:403: `mmdfdriver' undeclared (first use in this function)
php_imap.c:404: `newsdriver' undeclared (first use in this function)
php_imap.c:405: `philedriver' undeclared (first use in this function)
and this is with compiling PHP4 pl2 for apache
