Hi Jarungwit,
A couple of things.
1) Did you install the src when you installed FreeBSD. (in
/stand/sysinstall in the distributions, did you select sources?)
2) Why are you not using the ports (/usr/ports/www/apache13-modssl ?
3) Are you doing this as root or as a normal user.
