Hello,
I have pb when building mod_ssl 2.7.1 for Apache 1.3.14.
After Reading the Install Win32 file, I have no problem until reaching the step 4:
$ cd mod_ssl-2.7.x-1.3.x
$ configure.bat \
--with-apache=..\apache_1.3.x \
--with-ssl=p:\openssl
I encounter the same pb running that script. The first one is:

At the end I can read :
