Simple question... I finally have a version of Apache with Mod-SSL
running under Windows2000. Starting the server from the command line is
a snap. However, when I try to install it as a service, the so-called
Pass Phrase Dialog does not 'Pop-up', and prevents the server from
starting. Actually consumes some substantial CPU cycles waiting.

Does the Pass Phrase Dialog actually pop-up if properly configured? Or
do I need to write a program to collect the Pass Phrase and call it via
the SSLPassPhraseDialog directive?

Thanks,
Dwayne
