hi, i know this isn't really supported, but i was wondering whether anyone has encountered this before. i have apache 1.3.20 + mod_ssl-2.8.4-1.3.20 + openssl-0.9.6b running on Windows 2000 Professional (all compiled with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0). it all seems to work fine except that it occassionally gives me a pop up error message: "instruction at "0x008b713c" referenced memory at "0x0000005c". The memory could not be read". this appears to occur when the child process is restarting (due to a MaxRequestsPerChild). looking at the stack trace i noticed that this occurs when apache is trying to do ssl logging. there seems to be several locations within the ssl logging code that seems to spit out a similar error to the one above. i've finally disabled much of the ssl logging stuff and now it works fine. i was wondering whether anyone else has seen this or not and whether there is a better fix for this (if possible i'd like to get the ssl log back). thanks. -son ______________________________________________________________________ Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) www.modssl.org User Support Mailing List [EMAIL PROTECTED] Automated List Manager [EMAIL PROTECTED]
