The question'll be best answered in the mod_ssl users mailing list. I'm
forwarding the mail to that list.
The following combination works for me :

SSLCipherSuite ALL:!ADH:RC4+RSA:+HIGH:+MEDIUM:+LOW:+SSLv2:+EXP:+eNULL
SetEnvIf User-Agent ".*MSIE.*" nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown \
         downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0
