I added another intermediate certificate, used by verisign to upgrade lower strength encryption browsers to 128-bit. Do I need to restart my web server in order for these to take effect? I would guess yes, but could not find my exact question in the manual or FAQs, but I might have missed it. I am using pem format certificates.
