Hi, Our server runs apache as reverse proxy, proxying a JMS application server listening on a ssl port. Request from browser hits the proxy which redirects with rewrite rule to the application server. We are running mod_ssl-2.7.1-1.3.14.tar.gz release.
Some times the communication is established successfully, but after a while we are getting the following error and the session is closed. SSL proxy connect failed (<ourservername:server port>): peer <application server ip>:>port number>: sslv3 alert bad record mac Is there any known problem with these releases? what does this error means? Is there any setting we can do to avoid this?
