But that restricts you to filtering by known criteria. Using a callback would allow to filter by any criteria anyone might every desire. The hash interface could be offered as an option, but a callback interface should definitely be in there. It is a construction site at best, currently; a third of the code is built for the Pod::Tree::HTML-specific link mapping mechanism and will need changing after dropping that module. Not to mention I haven't ultimately decided what converter I'm switching to, yet, although I'm almost sold on Pod::Simple at this point. My main hold-up is customizing whichever HTML converter I end up with.
