Have you looked at HTMLDoc? http://search.cpan.org/~mfrankl/HTML-HTMLDoc-0.07/lib/HTML/HTMLDoc.pm It clearly supports tables and landscape mode. The documentation indicates that it has some image support. I haven't tested how well that works myself. I have used it to transform HTML tables, and that works great. It can even run under mod_perl.
