I like this better than before, but why not Win32::Document::SummaryInfo?
It seems to me that if the module deals with what Windows calls "Properties", the best term to use is "Properties". So maybe Win32::Document::Properties or Win32::File::Properties, depending on how tied it is to the idea of a document (Reinhard said it works on plain text files, so maybe it works on any file).
