Hi. This is imacat from Taiwan. Sorry to brought this issue here.
I cannot contact Lincoln D. Stein, either in rt.cpan.org bug report or
in personal mail. Maybe my mail is lost somewhere.

    I'm using CGI.pm. I have reported a problem for CGI.pm 3.09
regarding to MOD_PERL_API_VERSION 3 weeks ago:

      http://rt.cpan.org/NoAuth/Bug.html?id=12742

with a patch, and sincerely hope that it could be solved. But it
didn't in the recently released CGI.pm 3.10, and that problem was
classified as "unfiled". May I ask why? I saw it's a consequent
problem with #12374

      http://rt.cpan.org/NoAuth/Bug.html?id=12374

and I saw you solved part of it, as in

      http://search.cpan.org/src/LDS/CGI.pm-3.09/Changes
...
  2. Removed warning about non-numeric MOD_PERL_API_VERSION.
...

Why only solve one part in CGI.pm but not the other part in
CGI/Cookie.pm? This affects me since I'm using CGI::Cookie with
mod_perl 1.25, with warnings turned on. I'll have to apply my private
patch to avoid that warning, and I don't think that's a good answer to
apply a private patch for every new version of CGI.pm. I can see no
difficulty applying such a hash exists check. Maybe I missed something?

    Thank you in advance.
