I was going to suggest Net::DNS::Resolver::AXFR, but that's not really right as the smarts in your module is looking up NS records -- not actually doing the AXFR (regular Net::DNS can do that).
Net::DNS::Resolver::TransferKit is pretty good, except it doesn't mention axfr. :-)
