Uploads will be frozen for a little while today (accepted, but not propagated). This came up on the main perl.org contact address. I don't think it worth making more widely known (e.g. on use.perl), and this list probably has the largest proportion of people who might be interested, and likely the list people would turn to if they noticed funet.fi was unavailable.
