I have some changes I'd like to make to IO::Epoll.

I'm trying to get hold of BRUCEK, its author:

  http://search.cpan.org/~brucek/

I tried mailing the address given, just got a bounce:

I've now tried his email address given in the code itself, which appears
to be different. No reply yet, but I've only given it two days so far...

What's the procedure now..? At some point do we declare him
uncontactable, and invoke some sort of missing-in-action procedure? Is it
possible I might be able to take ownership of it, if contact cannot be
made?
