I was just notified that people using the CPAN shell do not see new
versions of XML::Rules and when I tested it myself, the newest
version reported is 1.05. Even though 1.08 was uploaded 18th Aug 2009
and 1.06 was uploaded 24 Mar 2009 and CPANTS shows that it passes the
tests for perl 5.8 and up in all cases. The CPAN shell does report
1.05 as the newest even though http://search.cpan.org/dist/XML-Rules/
shows both 1.06 and 1.08. I'm not aware of any changes in the build
process between 1.05 and the later versions.

The ActiveState's PPM only shows 1.05 as well. And the
[http://ppm4.activestate.com/idx/X...Z.html|PPM repository status]
shows no attempt to build anything newer than 1.05.

Is there any problem in the way I built the modules (using
Module::Build 0.2808)? Or is there anything wrong with the CPAN
indexer or something???
