Personally, I find inline POD disruptive. I agree that we should let the
computers worry about extraction, but when I review my own code and others
and when I write the documentation, inline POD feels in the way. Every time
I use module-starter, I have to change all the POD and sort it.

My two cents (or 70 agorot, in Israeli currency).
