This only has to do with cpantesters and *not* the "standard build
chain". IMO, cpantesters needs to learn to deal with die() in Build.PL
because using it is far more natural than:
unless($condition) {
warn "you don't have the $condition -- Cannot continue.";
exit 0; # silly cpantesters requirement
}
