Why Dreamer? Not an objection, just curiosity. You could try pre-pan for preview and feedback, also worth putting it on github and blogging about it (linking to both the pre-pan page and github) on blogs.perl.org - that is the most likely way to get feedback (and also contributions). Don't wait too long for feedback before uploading, better to upload first and apologise (or move to backpan or ask the pause admins to intervene) later than wait for permission and never upload at all!
