Though I wonder if we're doing something wrong when referring to
Module::Build documentation from the meta spec. I would really like to
tackle a big reorg/clarification of the Module::Build docs, but haven't
got the tuits ATM.
I've been thinking we possibly need to incorporate some kind of
documentation copying/autogeneration into the build process...
