Math::GSL has some hacked-up internals of Module::Build in its build
classes which were stolen from somewhere else (and maybe elsewhere
before that.)
Having done some light reading in this, there is clearly a problem and I
would love to get something upstream into M::B which solves this.
Jonathan and I are still hoping to find some time to sit down and sort
through it, but everyone should please feel free to get there first.
