Dave Rolsky pointed out that I had omitted credit for contributed patches for 0.33_03. He's right and I apologize to those who helped make 0.33_03 happen through their efforts if you felt slighted by my lack of credit. (I assure you it was due to haste rather than a desire for credit that wasn't mine.)
