Hmm. I wonder if there's as much of a knowledge gap between porters and CPAN authors as vice versa. But that's a topic for a separate post.
For the sake of RC2, I can give a patch later that just moves M::B from dev to non-dev, probably bumping to a minor, non dev version between CPAN versions of M::B. That "fixes" this problem and ensures 5.10.1 is not broken for M::B module authors on release.
