EekBoek bundles Module::Build 0.28 in inc. This is the issue that the new experimental inc/ bundling with inc::latest is intended to avoid. I don't know how CPANPLUS should deal with this. Maybe if "prereq_data" fails, you have to fall back to reading _build/prereqs. -- David
