Request to contribute Win32::OLE::VBPerl

I would like to contribute Win32::OLE::VBPerl to CPAN.  And, I
would also like to register as an author for PAUSE.

 Description:       Win32::OLE::VBPerl embeds a Perl interpreter into
                    a Win32 DLL that makes it easy to call Perl from
                    Visual Basic and Visual Basic for Applications (VB/VBA).
                    In particular, you can easily call Perl from a
                    Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

                    VBPerl is *not* a Perl module.  VBPerl calls the
                    Win32::OLE module to translate Perl and VB data types.
