After some discussion on c.l.p.modules, some people are interested by
an HPUX::Ioscan module. So I'm going to upload to CPAN.
This will create a new top level category (HPUX::).
This module works on top of the HP-UX command ioscan. It forks a
process to run the ioscan command and parses its STDOUT. The result is
returned in a hash.

If nobody objects, I will upload this module to CPAN beginning of next
week.
