After further considering it, I don't think I like putting it in
HTTP::.  While the mechanism by which it operates uses HTTP, the scope
of possible applications is more general and seems to be more
appropriate in the Net:: category.  The HTTP:: category seems like it
should contain modules whose function is to facilitate the use of the
HTTP protocol in perl scripts; this module makes a tunnel through an
HTTP proxy, but the end product is a general-purpose socket.

I personally like Net::HTTPTunnel best.
