Namespace Registration Proposal

Hi,

I'd like to propose registering the following namespace under Geo:

Grid2LatLon

This is for a module that converts a grid Easting and Northing to Latitude
and Longitude.

The default conversion is from a UK National Grid Northing and Easting, but
any grid can be converted by passing in the appropriate constants.
