rationale:
I chose the Convert namespace because the module is used to convert
from PEM files to in-memory objects, and vice versa. I could have
chosen Crypt because of the encryption element, but I like Convert
better. There is nothing else on CPAN that I've seen to read/write
PEM files, so I think this would be a useful addition.
Current prerequisites: MIME::Base64, Digest::MD5, Convert::ASN1,
Carp. And Crypt::DES for encryption/decryption.
