rationale:
This has been discussed on p5p, it is a pragma to expose threading
with ithreads to perl.
Time does not permit to go into 5.8 but it will eventually be
folded in the regular perl distribtuion, the threads:: namespace
will also be avaible the modules that add thread functionality.
(threads::Queue is one example)
