I intend this module for a part of features like C<use utf8;> and
C<use bytes;> of perl 5.6 or later, available for perl 5.005 or
prior.
By this module, you can manipulate multibyte character strings
including those in UTF-8, Shift_JIS, EUC, like perl does byte
sequences.
