All of the PGP modules currently on the CPAN are wrappers around
command-line PGP programs (eg. PGP2, PGP5, etc.). Crypt::OpenPGP is
pure Perl.
The goal of Crypt::OpenPGP is to provide a pure-Perl implementation
of the OpenPGP standard; in addition, Crypt::OpenPGP is/will be
compatible with as many other PGP implementations as possible.
