SVG::Graph is being developed to be similar to GD::Graph
rationale:
A series of modules will be written to produce SVG/XML images.
SVG::Graph::Bar is already complete and will be made available upon
approval of the namespace.
SVG provides very clean looking graphs and this module set will
become a viable choice versus GD::Graph when graphing is needed.
