After searching sourceforge.net, CPAN and freshmeat.net I could
find no Perl module that generated GUIDs. Most people were simply
grabbing the output of command-line utilities like Microsoft's
GUIDGEN.EXE. This module uses the Microsoft Win32 API's CoCreateGuid
and StringFromGUID2. I believe it should be put in the Win32
namespace since it relies on Microsoft's APIs.
